Material study — the build

Composite,
through and through.

Every visible part of the mailbox — slatted post, enclosure, trim — is composite. That was the whole brief: build it once, build it to last.

Why it was built

A father wanted to build his daughter something exceptional and permanent — so he built what he could not find.

I specialize in figuring things out. By day I run commercial roofing projects; the rest of the time I’m building.
